Coming up at the Blue Deer Center

May 20th –“Deep Water” the story of the Ashokan Reservoir will be screened in Walton, NY at 7:00 pm. Find us at the Walton Theater. We will have a open discussion about the movie after the viewing.

May 22nd – Open Mic Night in Yurt. Our monthly gathering of musicians on the fourth Thursday of each month. Things get moving at 7 pm. Join us for some great times and wonderful music, you never know who will show up!

May 22-26 - Love is Alive   Five Day Retreat
Join Jeannie and friends for an exploration into the potent depth of what's often overlooked in the moment: being. Jeannie's gift for inviting people to join her in resting and rooted presence evokes a deep meeting with oneself and reality. Within that, Jeannie's humor and iconoclasm serve to bring people into an understanding that is beyond the intellectual, and an experience of the field of unity that includes all. Through silent and guided meditation, spontaneous talks, exchange with participants, and experiential exercises, Jeannie will host a space of clarity and warmth where the true richness of life can be experienced, and your innermost spiritual questions can be met fully.

May 30- June 4th Wisdom of the Divine Natural World, Plant Spirit Medicine as spiritual exploration and Discovery with Eliot Cowan.
This course is for those who wish to explore the natural world and discover themselves. You may be a beginner or a veteran. You may be a healer. You may have no interest in healing. You may consider yourself talented or dense, spiritual or mundane. It doesn’t matter. Whoever you are, you are a child of the world, and your Mother has much to share with you.
